Implementation

The BOS system implementation methodology is based on the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) approach confirming the model offered by the financial institution. After launching the MVP scope, the adequacy of the results to business plans is assessed, but also the readiness of the system itself to operate and the potential to launch further products of the financial institution are assessed.

The basis for the implementation is the BRD which defines the implementation framework for the entire project. In further stages, based on the SCRUM methodology, we focus on detailing the requirements specified in the BRD and their implementation in the system.

Maintenance

Our activity and support for the client does not end with the production launch of the system. From the moment of the production launch, regardless of whether it is only the first phase or the implementation of all planned business functions, we start processes related to monitoring, support and expected development of the system in production mode.

The implementation of technical operations by the INCAT team is optional. If the Client is prepared, INCAT Managed Services can be handed over to their technical team for independent execution. INCAT Managed Services are modular, allowing individual service components to be tailored to the Client's current or future needs.
